Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped by the next working day. Orders shipped on weekends will be shipped the following Monday, barring US postal holidays. Within one day of your item shipping, you will receive an e-mail notification containing order information and a tracking link. If delivery is refused or returned and the item is received back at our fulfillment center, your order will be refunded less shipping costs. An order marked as delivered that subsequently goes missing is the responsibility of the purchaser. Ensure that you have a safe, secure location to receive shipment. Check with the courier if an order is marked delivered but you have not received it.

International shipping fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
